This song works well as a greeting right at the beginning of class. You can greet a large number of kids in a fairly short time without their losing interest. It's also a great way for you to test yourself at the beginning of the year after you think you have learned everyone's names! With PreK kids, sing it a little softer, and with K-2, a little louder and more energetically.
